I wear a 9 or 9.5 women's shoe but I ordered the next size up since reviews said they ran small. I'm glad I did. The 10/10.5 fit me perfectly! These will be great to pack in my suitcase or wear on the plane. I get tired of the hotel disposable slippers and I don't like to pack my bigger ones. I'm diabetic and have neuropathy, these are everything I needed. They keep my feet warm, but not so warm they sweat, the fabric is very breathable. As far as support goes, there IS a rubber soul on the bottom, but theres no arch support, or heal support. However, there is a very soft padding. These shoes aren't going to fall off. They look nice, they fit small, I normally wear a 9.5 (snugly) I ordered a 10 - 10.5 woman's and they are right at the top of my toe. I would recommend order 1 - 2 sizes up depending on how snug you like shoes to fit. Ill probably order another pair in another color. Read more
