It does best what it's meant to do: carry useful things in small or reasonable quantity. Overall feel and quality of the product is great. The top bottle holder area is a bit strange when not carrying anything in it as sometimes the inside of the flap comes outside. Looks odd. Absolutely great for traveling. I almost didn’t buy when I saw “frequently returned item”, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The strap is very comfortable and totally adjustable. I really like the way the buckle has a security feature. The buckle is not in a position to hurt my back when I lean back in a seat. I really like the water bottle pocket in the front rather than on the sides. There are two exterior zipper pockets that are roomy and easy to get to. Secure zippers for credit cards, driver’s license, money. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everything I need including medication bag, my husband’s pair of sunglasses, his wallet, my wallet, and there’s room for more. There are two side pockets. More than adequate as a basic gym bag, day backpack or casual purse. The bottle pouch is very roomy, enough for at least a 16 ounce bottle. Well made material, not too many zippers, but just enough pockets to stay organized. The strap is long, even when adjusted, so if you're short, say under 5 feet, it could bounce off your backside if worn from your shoulder instead of crossbody. Read more

I wanted a small, over the shoulder bag that I could take to the gym. The only things I really need it to carry are my keys, phone, AirPods and a hydroflask of water so this bag with the water bottle holder on the front really appealed to me. Unfortunately it did not easily fit the 32oz wide mouth hydroflask bottles that I typically take with me so that automatically disqualified it for me. After much wiggling and shoving I was able to fit the bottle in but doing so took up a lot of the interior space. And, if I’m honest, I just don’t want to have to work that hard to get the water bottle in and out of the bag. Additionally, it came out of the packaging with the front zipper already busted so that was unfortunate. As some reviewers also mentioned I found that the strap was quite long even at its tightest setting. Definitely too long to throw over one shoulder as I intended. I could see this as a bonus for a plus size person wanting to wear it as a cross body. Aside from one of my zippers being busted the bag does seem to be of good quality but it just did not work for my intended use. Read more
