I've had this drive for a few months and love it. I got it because of it's size and the ability to use it on the 1 and the X/S. That and the value for money is certainly there with 4TB. It was easy to use, not necessitating instructions. The size is great, it fits on or next to the xbox. The drive itself is high quality and not very noisy. The only problem I've seen is sometimes the drive doesn't shut off, but the light on the drive will let you know and sometimes when the xbox starts up it won't connect to the drive and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I was able to move around 40–50 full-size Xbox One and Xbox 360 games onto it with room to spare. Good speed. It’s not an SSD, but for an HDD it’s solid—downloads, installs, and load times are consistent for older games. Officially compatible with Xbox, so there’s no guessing whether it will work. It’s built for this. What to Know: This drive does not play Xbox Series X|S games directly from it. You can store them on it, but to play them, you’ll need to move the game back onto the console’s internal SSD. Occasionally, the Xbox might not recognize it on boot-up. I got this for my husband since I hate seeing him delete his games just to make room for other games. He loves it! The size is perfect very light weight almost close to nothing. He ended up putting a piece of Velcro on it and attaching it to the side of his Xbox x. It was very easy to install. No major questions were asked when he installed it. The only downside is that when he downloads the games it does not state where its being saved too. Other then that the quality is great small and compact. great buy! Read more
