Purchased this for myself, despite being a grown-a*s adult, because current life stresses in addition to caring for a sick loved one has become incredibly overwhelming without other people close by for support, and I needed something big and squishy to hug. (A pillow wasn't cutting it, even if I drew a happy face on it and gave it a name like Wilson in the movie "Castaway"...) The medium size version was slightly smaller than I expected, but still the perfect shape and density for comfort. It has also doubled as a knee pillow when sleeping or when my cat demands his share of snuggle time 😅. Unfortunately I can't squeeze him tightly while sobbing in the fetal position, so this has been very helpful during those darker moments. Fun fact (I guess), since I received mine on St. Patrick's Day and felt like giving it a name for the fun of it, I discovered the Irish name "Ronan" actually means "little seal", so yay for childish pleasures! For something so minor, it's been a great value, helped my sleep quality, and has been a very cute, huggable comfort during this difficult time. The only thing I wish I was able to get would be a removable cover of sorts that could be easily washed, so it doesn't get lumpy. One of my small shirts has worked well enough for now. Cute little pillow, but I got the wrong size. I was trying to order the larger one, and some how ordered the smaller one. So I had to return it. But its still a cute little pillow that I got my little sister. Ok price, not sure how soft it is, I didn't open it. I had to return it to reorder the bigger size. Read more

This was a purchase I was apprehensive about! But my daughter asked me for it, and I obliged. I'm SO GLAD I did! Our seal pup "Shabby" is like a member of the family now. First, like Squishmellows, this seal is very soft and squishy and can be used as a small pillow. He is super rotund and delightfully squishy and plump! He is so silly looking that he makes you smile. I would say this seal plushie has good durability. And because he's so round, he makes a great stand-in for a ball. His markings are very nice and realistic.
