Have used this brand and kind of pillow for years and it helps with neck pain. The one I was using had a broken zipper for the cover so I ordered this replacement. It seems much softer than my old one, but the old one was several years old I wasn’t sure I’d like it but I do it’s great. He cover (and zipper) seem to have been improved. Read more

It smelled like latex for a full month. It's a bit squishy. I'll always keep it covered with a cotton pillow case. On a good note, I bought it for shoulder pain which I haven't had since using this pillow. Price was right and I don't imagine I would have any better results from buying the same type pillows that are twice the price. Read more
I aired out the pillow and its case for about 2 wks. inside my home. Still, the odor remains. Pillow is poorly made: small chunks of foam are missing, and the edges have extra bits of foam that weren’t cut off. Note the dimensions: its length is shorter than other similar products. Depending on your head size, this length may be appropriate or not. Returned. Read more
