Perfect. This neck pillow was exactly what was needed. My son was diagnosed with cervical kyphosis (loss of the c curve in his neck vertebrae) two weeks before he was scheduled to take a 9 hour flight. We were very concerned about him keeping his neck with proper support and not causing more damage. This pillow was exactly what he needed. It did a wonderful job with support, was extremely comfortable and held up well. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the most comfortable travel neck pillow I’ve tried. It’s molded in just the right way to give good head support. It has a little dip in the back that prevents pushing the head forward which makes a big difference. Read more

Took me a while to get used to it. Currently awaiting neck surgery and this thing is a lifesaver on the couch and in the car. Do wish it had some way to integrate cooling, it does make me feel quite warm after a while. Read more

This is a great neck pillow for road trips. I don't take this on flights because it doesn't pack down small enough for the rest of my travels unless I'm renting a car, in which case it's great! The fit is ergonomic. It supports my neck and head both sitting straight upright, or leaning into the window. The design is thoughtful. Read more

Most neck pillows like this are a joke. They're filled with foam or little beads, but when used for more than a few minutes (especially with memory foam), they warm up and get softer and softer, leaving your neck cricked pretty close to where it would have been if you hadn't used the pillow. You'd usually be better off just rolling up a jacket or something to get some actual support. This item, however, has some extra structure inside that helps it maintain its shape even when it gets warm. Although the image suggests a forward-tilt would support your chin, I haven't found that realistic, but the other positions off to the sides are among the best I've been able to find in the variety I've tested. I like the softness of the fabric, the balance of firm, yet comfortable, foam combination, and although it's a bit bigger and less compressible than other options, it can sort of fold up into itself in a sufficiently small packable size.
