Oh these are awesome!! I had bought a different kind and they were so uncomfortable and weird lol. These are absolutely perfect for the red light booth. You can adjust the strap and they bend to conform to your face so no light leaks in! They are comfortable and you can see through them just enough to get by and I can tell they are blocking the harmful light from my eyes. Also they come in a little plastic container which I love so they stay clean and easy to find and not floating around the bottom of my gym bag. For the purposes that I'm using them my rating is a 3. I have to use both goggles to get the protection I'm seeking. I have a RLT panel and one pair of goggles does not stop the intensity of the lights. My eyes are not bothered when I wear both. But even still, I can see the lights clearly. They are nice and sturdy, yet flexible, I like that more of my face is exposed for the therapy versus wearing glasses. I just thought one pair would be enough.
