Gave it to my wife because she enjoys tracking these things. Enjoys the updates on things like her sleep, her exercise, oxygen level, etc. Works great. Charging is a bit of a trick getting the ring properly in the charger, but that's probably our fault. Read more

Ok for sleep tracking

I didn’t expect perfection. My ring does not track steps accurately. I mowed the entire yard with a push mower and the ring logged a ridiculously small number of steps. I can only conclude it’s because I wasn’t swinging my arms as if I was walking. It has, however, given me an accurate log of my sleep habits, which was what I purchased it for.
