I was skeptical of this product at first. My dog is a very picky eater and her breath smelled like death. I was pleasantly surprised to find however, that she really seems to like the taste of this powder. In fact, she seems a little put out when it's not in her meal. I have been using it once a day for about a week and half and I definitely notice a difference in her breath. I'm not going to say it smells like roses now, but it is so much better. I can stand to have her face pointed in my direction now, so I would say this is pretty effective. I have a little tiny dog, so I am not even using a full scoop for her, and I am noticing a huge difference. With as effective as it is, I would say this is a great value for the money. I highly recomend. Read more

I ordered this Nutraregen Senior Dog Dental Powder to try to keep my dogs teeth clean without the stress of brushing. I've always brushed their teeth since they were young but they have started to get annoyed with it. This Powder is easy enough to add to their food however no matter how I've tried to give it to them, they refuse it. It could be a great solution to the dogs with will accept it but unfortunately not for my furbabies. Read more

My dog should have one full scoop daily per his weight. I added the full amount to one meal (gets fed 2x daily) but it was too much at one time. My dog who eats just about anything was very reluctant to eat and left some of the powder in his bowl. My solution was to split the scoop between the 2 meals. That worked much better (& adding just a few drops of water to mix it up also helped) but in the end, I decided to not worry about the measurement and just sprinkle a little on his food. I’m surely not giving the full amount daily, but either way it is effective for his hygiene! His breath normally smells like death, but amazingly it is so, so much improved! Still not certain about managing tartar buildup since that will likely take much longer to see results. No stomach upset or diarrhea of any kind. Manufactured in the USA and a GMP compliant facility! I like that they are 3rd party tested and have no artificial colors or dyes. Preservative free as well! The ingredients list looks good and is not as long as my arm! To me, it has the smell of tea & is not overwhelming/offensive. It’s a little pricey at $35 a month for just one of my dogs (the one with the worst breath! ) but it feels worthwhile. Read more

Dogs need dental care too! This is recommended for senior dogs 7 years or older. In reading the label there were a number of attributes which I liked: - Beef Flavor (from desiccated beef liver). - Made in USA. - No artificial colors dyes or preservatives. No fillers. - 3rd party tested. The list of ingredients includes probiotics, algae, green tea, and rosemary leaf extract. This is a very small jar, 6.8 ounces by weight. Included scooper. The one thing I did not like is the font size on the jar is very small and difficult to read without a magnifying glass (senior reviewer with a senior dog!). Perhaps selling this with a fold-out label on the jar with larger type should be considered. One star was deducted for the difficulty of reading the data on the jar. The jar appears to be a fresh batch, with an expiration date of 03/2027. I always recommend fully reading labels on health-related products. The warning label notes this is not for human consumption and to keep out of reach to children and animals. Included in our dog's breakfast which she fully consumed (as she normally does). Overall appears to be a very good product, recommended. Read more

I've been using this for my dog. She eats it with no problems. She likes the flavor. It's easy to sprinkle on her food. Her teeth are nice, and I want to keep them that way. It smells a little like tea. It doesn't have a strong scent of meat. My dog doesn't get diarrhea from eating this, and she has a sensitive stomach. Read more

I have 3 adult dogs and only one would eat their food when I added this, so I stopped using it for the other two. It’s easy to sprinkle on top of the food, and the little scooper is handy. The ingredients look like they are of good quality, but it doesn’t look very appetizing. Haha I haven’t noticed any difference in his teeth (the one who eats it) but it’s only been a couple of weeks so I’m not sure if I can really speak to the effectiveness. I do feel like maybe his breath is a little less stinky ? I will update again when the container is empty. Read more

I started using this dental powder for my senior dog because brushing teeth daily just isn’t realistic for us anymore, and I wanted something that would support oral health without causing stress. The powder is incredibly easy to use—just sprinkle it directly onto food—and my dog had no issue with the beef flavor. In fact, there was no hesitation at mealtime, which is always a good sign with supplements. After consistent use, I noticed a real improvement in breath. That “old dog breath” smell gradually faded, and even up close, things were noticeably fresher. While it’s not a miracle replacement for professional cleanings, it absolutely helps manage plaque and tartar buildup over time. I also appreciate that it’s formulated with seniors in mind, which gives me confidence that the ingredients are gentler and appropriate for aging dogs. Overall, this is a great low-effort, high-value dental support product. It fits seamlessly into a daily routine and delivers noticeable results without causing any digestive issues or resistance. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with an older dog who needs dental support without the hassle. Read more
