It smells like you would think selenium would. But the individual pills have barely any scent. If you have trouble swallowing pills and it gets stuck, it does taste after a minute. I absolutely love when they put a flip top lid on something you're going to use everyday. It's not big, but it makes my life happier. DO NOT BUY! Smells terrible. In addition, this is marketed as gluten free, but upon arrival it has a warning label on the bottle stating it is made in a facility that also processes wheat, etc. Unfortunately, it also not returnable. Very dissatisfied. Read more

The NSF GMP certification with 3rd party lab testing are big pluses for supplements. The value is very good. Tablet size is SMALL. 100-day supply is legit. Made in the USA is great whereas made with global ingredients is just okay but given the value -- "it is what it is". It presents as a quality professionally made product. Mostly familiar fillers and a lengthy list but to be expected in the bargain supplement arena. Expiration date is barely shy of 2 years away. Read more
