I installed this bar to hang a pair of rings. It came with all the necessary hardware and installation was straightforward - just drilling holes and driving screws. Having done some moderately dynamic ring work hanging from it (no flips or anything, but some rapid movements; I weigh 180#), the bar hasn't budged at all. Feels super-solid. Read more

I wanted a bar for simple hanging to reduce impingement in my shoulders. I read the specs, checked the span of the studs in my wall, and found it easy to install.
