Horrible. Item was installed as noted in instructions. 24 hours elapsed prior to hanging any towels on hooks. Hooks fell off the wall damaging drywall underneath when towels were hung the next day. I tried returning to seller however I cannot receive a refund u less I fear the other items off the wall. Ridiculous. Do not buy these! Read more
