I have the original PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and the console does stay flushed onto the base of the mount. Aside from the one screw that attaches the "bottom" side of the console and the mount together, the whole thing isn't as secure as you'd expect. A good bump can easily knock the PS5 out of place. My biggest gripe is that the mount sticks the PS5 out like a sore thumb, regardless whether you mount it on the front or the back of your desk. The brackets seem well engineered which makes me wonder why they would accept such an obvious design flaw. Also, I had to look online to figure out what the foam wedge was for. Not sure why that was the only information left out of the instruction manual. Read more

This PS5 mount is great to have, if all you have is a limited amount of space for your console. And will also give more people peace of mind, if they are afraid of the liquid metal leaking that the original PS5 had, if you had it standing upright. This mount requires no hole drilling, which is awesome, and all you need is knowledge on how to use a screwdriver to install. And for those worried about your PS5 getting too hot, have no fear, since it also allows for ample airflow completely around the PS5, so no airways are blocked. Read more
