Purchased to update old brass light fixture in my parents’ entryway. This fixture feels sturdy and looks fantastic. The light came with three short and three long rods to extend the distance from the ceiling. I did not need any extension, so only “assembly” was to attach the body of the fixture to the piece that mounted to the ceiling. To thread the live & neutral wires thru the ceiling mount, I connected the ends to the middle of the thin copper ground wire, and then fed the copper wire through the rod. That was much easier to thread thru, and then I could pull the copper wire from the top while pushing the main wires thru the bottom. (Note, both the live and neutral wires were in black casing, but there was a sticker indicating L and N. Only other thing of note is that I purchased LED Edison bulbs that had the correct base (E26), but the bulbs were a bit longer than a standard lightbulb. Because they were longer, the top hit the circle of the fixture and I could not screw the base in. I had to use regular LED light bulbs (until I can buy something shorter). In summary, this was quite easy to install, is very good quality for the price, and looks great. Read more

So this is a good, farmhouse style chandelier that is eye catching but not too big. I like the metal fake wood rings that give it a lot of strength. The base and main steam are also metal and finished with a nice subtle black. You get a few extension bars for the main stem so that you can customize the height. I was about to mount this with a single small bar before I found out that the existing chandelier was not bolted into a lighting box or other proper attachment point. Hence I can't mount it until I do some surgery. The one thing I dislike is the way the chandelier attaches to the main stem/base. You screw one of the black rods into a mounting bolt in the center of the wheel, where three arms meet. It's almost impossible to get it straight. The arms are welded onto a central disc that holds the bolt and they are a bit inconsistent. I had to bend those arms to get the stem lined up properly. Will update after install. Read more

Beautiful light. Placed in my foyer and I love the way it looks. Be very careful when buying the bulbs. Some E 26 bulbs will not fit. They will be too long to fit. You have to grab the smaller in length bulbs in order to fit this light. Read more
