The mint is refreshing without the burn, and it genuinely reduced my cold and hot sensitivity within about a week of twice-daily use. After two to three weeks, I also noticed a gradual whitening effect that was subtle but real, especially on coffee stains. The texture is creamy, it foams lightly, and it rinses clean without a filmy aftertaste. Finally, a toothpaste that actually relieves pain. My gum recession started earlier this year, and I’ve been struggling with sensitivity ever since.
