It’s a nice fire safe, but security is adequate as the lock is pretty basic. But keep in mind this is designed for fire protection first. The dimensions in the title are outside measurements, the inside is much smaller. They should emphasize the inside dimensions much more as it’s the actual usable area of the box. Great key-locking fireproof safe! It's a little heavy but I needed to buy a good size key-locking safe for my prescribed pain medications because my Caregiver must've seen my 3 digit combination that I forgot to spin after closing, because she was stealing about 12-15 tablets of my pain medication every month the last 3 months, leaving me to suffer in pain. This lock box is simply amazing for the price I got it for. You can’t go wrong with it for what its purpose is intended for. It is very lackluster in the interior area, but, it does the job, you’d think there’d be more, but there isn’t, it’s alright. I won’t complain about something like this. The locking ability is stiff, but you’ve gotta wiggle it in there a few times and then it’ll work. Don’t force it. The build quality is top notch is you’re looking for something heavy duty and are looking for something that’ll protect whatever you’ve got in there. Everything will be safe for your peace of mind. So far I haven’t seen anything that’s mountable for it. But it can fit into slimmer spaces for your convenience and if you’ve got enough room. I’m not about to try anything for the waterproof.
