Serge Lutens La Fille de Berlin Eau de Parfum Spray for Women 1 6 Ounce

Serge Lutens is my favorite creator of perfumes, and I was seriously dashed when it appeared that they discontinued Sa Majeste La Rose. But La Fille de Berlin has a distinct rose scent, along with what I would consider slight fuit undertones. It makes for a lush, summery rose scent, as if I were standing in a rose garden not too far from a strawberry patch on a sunny day. There are no musk notes, which is a huge plus for me. Just floral, fruit, nature scents. The shipper had extensively wrapped the perfume box in bubble wrap before placing in the shipping box, so it arrived safe and undamaged. Very positive experience. I love big red roses mixed with darker stuff- purple roses almost. It’s easy to review beautiful fragrances! La Fille de Berlin is much more layered then other rose fragrances, even in the Serge Lutens line. The main element that remains on skin is the lush, rich musk, animalic notes and a woody note.
