Enough Tension For Effective Physical Therapy
I'm totally satisfied with these resistance bands. I've got two other sets and have to "double up" ( that is, use two together ) to get even close to enough tension / resistance. I just had my 2nd minor knee surgery ( meniscus tear ) and am finding the Blue and Black ( and the Red initially ) are plenty resistant enough for me to get an effective PT workout. Read more
