I absolutely love seventh generation products, and this was my first time trying the pods. We usually opt for the liquid detergent, but the lavender scent wasn't available on amazon at the time. In terms of convenience these work great, but it bothers me that the pods do not dissolve completely. I saw another review that stated "rocks" of detergent were left behind in the washer and I also had the same experience. Regardless of if you're using hot or cold water (I thought this was the problem initially) there is still little balls of residual detergent left behind.
