My gf is a big plastic bottle water drinker, going through 4 bottles a day on average. I don't drink that much, plus I am happy drinking from the tap, while she is not... I have been wanting to reduce/eliminate all that water bottle waste, so I got a nice APEC water filter/osmosis system and a few of these bottles for her at Christmas. It's been 3 weeks now and she loves the bottles. Among the key points are: -They keep the water cold all day at work, she has brought them home and had me take a sip, so I have experienced firsthand that it does keep liquids cold as advertised. -They fit the cupholders in her jeep perfectly. She say they are actually better than plastic water bottles because they are a bit wider and fit a bit more firmly, so there is less wobbling or even tipping over on tight turns. -The lids fit securely. A common negative review i had seen for many brands of bottles was with lid fit, even some reviews for this specific bottle. But the lids fit well, she keeps a bottle or two in her purse all day and has reported no leaks so far, even with the purse being tossed on its side. The only negative I might discuss is size. They hold 17 ounces but are noticeably larger than a 16.9 ounce plastic bottle. I imagine this is because of the extra space required for the insulated/vacuum double hull... So I get it, I just wish they could give us something a little closer in size to the evil plastic bottles... But all in all, it seems like a solid product, and importantly, she loves them and is using them! We've reduced plastic water bottle usage by an average of 4 bottles a day which makes me very happy. Gave up drinking from plastic bottles and got a Culligan Zero Water frig dispenser. Needed something to put water i. So we got these. I love them!! Keeps water cold for long periods of time. I just wish they weren’t so heavy. Read more

These bottles are exactly what I was hoping for. They arrived fast. The bottles are the right size for my hands and are not slippery. They are durable and tidy. The sponge brush also looks durable, but I haven't used it yet. Definitely would need to be wet and squished down to fit inside the bottles, but that's normal. The caps go on easily and the water stays very cold. I am only using it for water, not sure how they do to keep drinks warm but I imagine they would do well. I bought this for my wife. She wasn't expecting it but she had a problem. So far she had bought two different types of plastic bottle. And now she finds there is a horrible odor coming from the plastic. She has cleaned them but it hasn't changed. I have always used stainless steel and love it. She has a stainless steel bottle now too, and she loves it. And with the bright color we both agree she is a bit less likely to lose it. ***update*** Slightly less happy wifey but still sort of happyish. A big crack has appeared in the vinyl coating near the bottom of the bottle. She didn't drop it but for some reason the coating has split. Incredibly she managed to tear a sweater with it though I'm not quite clear on how someone manages to do that. I'm pretty sure you can't blame that on a water bottle though! *** last update*** It sort of looks like after a month the outside coating is just peeling off. I don't know if this renders it unusable or not. It is A nice water bottle and we do like it. But have decided to replace with with another brand. Probably won't use this one again.
