This is a very well made product, however the sizing is a little too small. I got a large, and I usually wear a medium in shirts & other clothing- it was tooooo tight. I even measured before ordering; because I have really wanted one of these for a while, and used the chart to select my sizing. Everything else is amazing, i'll just have to use it when I lose more weight. The Velcro is very high end & strong holding, the material quality is great quality & will be able to last a long time. The comfort for me was too tight, and was irritating as my stomach kept going between the inner 2 pc straps-even with a shirt on under it.The comfort & fit is perfect for my rib cage & bust area, but after 3 kids mom tums can have a lil extra skin even after loosing weight- the Velcro can rub & irritate stretchmarks & that lil pouch. I'm hoping in the next couple of weeks I can really get to use it in hopes that it not only helps shape my waist but also help with tightening that skin as I tone. I'll revisit this post after. The media could not be loaded. This waist trainer is a must on one's fit journey. It has three bands. Two inner stretchy ones that allow you to adjust it around the body without assistance. The outer band (32 inches) is tighter and sits right in the center helping create the hourglass look. It's made out of a strong flexible and breathable fabric with heavy duty velcroes plus leather face on the outer one. It has five boning pieces like those in corsets) that add support without digging in your skin. It stays in place and allows for free movement of legs important in exercises like squats, leg raises, RDLs and more.Though, It will be somewhat noticeable tight clothes especially in the front. It's true to size. Do not make the same mistake I did of ordering a smaller size (L/ up to 34in instead of XL 35.5-38in) While I can still wear it, I have to place the velcro at the very edge for it to be comfortable. I believe the extra inches would have made a difference in comfort. My waist is 35.5 inches for reference. On the positive side, I’ll have more room to adjust as I start to lose weight (with the help of exercise and diet off course). Some people like them a size smaller, but wont recommend getting your actual size if you have never won a trainer. Overall, this is a well made piece that would last, so the price is according to its quality. ESPAÑOL: Esta faja tiene tres bandas. Dos internas y una externa más corta que crea la forma de reloj de arena. Contiene velcros de gran resistencia y está hecha de materiales transpirables/ que no dan calor. Recomiendo pedir la talla de acuerdo a la guía ya que si la pides más pequeña como lo hice yo, te va a quedar bien apretada especialmente si nunca has usado faja. La única solución es poner el velcro en el borde. De acuerdo a la guía soy talla XL y pedí L por que la diferencia “no era mucha/ dos centímetros.” Creo que esos pocos centímetros SI harían una diferencia en comodidad. Read more
