Definitely does not cinch me in the way I expected and hoped, especially given the price of this thing. It annoyingly squeezes my *bottom* more than anything else, which is what I was afraid of. I'm 5'4" and 180-185lbs, currently breastfeeding baby #4 so I was a little worried about the chest area but it's fine. Doesn't support much, I had to hike up the leg openings and the rest of the suit to give myself a little more support and shape up there, but it's digging into my *bottom* cheeks more than I would like. I actually feel like the top MIGHT fit better if I got a medium, but my *bottom* is already squeezed to heck in the large. Had trouble getting my legs in, but everything else was easier than I expected. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. It doesn't do anything really for my stomach, at all. Bathing suit shopping is always daunting, especially when your body isn’t looking how you’d like it to. This suit exceeded my expectations and made me feel very confident. The midsection has shaping panels that suck you in, and the corset front gives the illusion of a super snatched waist. The criss-cross back straps keep everything in place, especially if you’re larger chested. For reference I am a 38DD, 5’2”, 170lbs, generally wear a m/large in clothing. I have a shorter torso, and the leg holes came up perfectly to my hip bones, giving a high cut look. If you have a longer torso, this suit may not fit as well. Read more
