The quality is really good, the steel boning gives it strong support without feeling stiff and having the discomfort of it digging into your skin, and it instantly shapes my waist and smooths everything out. The material is very thick and it was quite heavy if I do say so myself so I knew it was gonna be a great product. It’s great for workouts or just wearing under clothes when I want that snatched, hourglass look. The material feels durable and gives solid compression, but I’d definitely recommend checking the size chart before ordering, I recommend you size down if u want an even more snatched look because with constant wear your body gets used to it.After a few wears it gets more comfortable, though it can get a little warm if you’re in hot weather. Too loose at the bottom

The material is great, but the shaping of the corset is off. The bottom of the corset is too loose and that makes it hard to hook the clips. It is way too loose to hold the hooks in place and every time I would get to the 3rd of the 4th hook the hooks under it would come off. Such a pain to put on!! Once on, the waist trainer feels great on. I just wish the bottom portion was tighter. Read more

i'm 5'10" and weigh 280 lbs. It flattens my upper stomach and smooths any bulges on my back. I love the boning, provides enough support to keep my from slumping down in my chair as my day progresses. I've had it on for about 4 hours, it feels fairly comfortable. it fits smoothly under my top. Here are the changes i'd like: I wish there were maybe another 1 or 2 options for the arm hole hooks. i wish this was maybe 2 inches longer to fully cinch my lower belly. update - i wore it for about 12 hours and it is too short for my torso. I would need at least 3 more inches in length, i had to tug it up a few times (i guess i need to use the next row of hooks & eyes) and the additional arm hole hooks. Read more
