I bought a medium (in all sets), they are true to size, and snug, with A LOT of give due to the stretchy material. I’m 5’7, 135, size 28/29 pants, with some booty, athletic build. I like the comfort and cut of these thongs. I like my panties to fall below my navel but not too low. These fit great and have enough stretch that won't give me a muffin top. The sides can be worn high like the model or lower. Neither one seems too tight on me. I'm 5'4", 123 lbs. and the Small fits true to size.
