Love this vacuum and the refurbished product works wonderfully. Every thing looks and functions as if brand new. I have been a lifelong Dyson user (even the hair products) but I wanted to try something less expensive for my plant room. I’ve ended up using this throughout my house. I LOVE IT! I have hardwoods, area rugs, carpet, an Australian shepherd, and make a mess when I repot my plants. Let’s be honest, I make a mess in general with my plants. I’m known for knocking them over walking past them. It’s easy to put together and easy to change attachments. Empties easily. Great suction. USEFUL attachments. Including a pet hair attachment that is like a pet hair roller but for the vacuum. The refurbished one costs 1/3 or less than a brand new one and works GREAT! Price is fantastic and I would buy this again. I bought an extra battery so I can clean both levels of my house without having to wait for recharge. Read more

Love this vacuum. I've purchased 2 for myself and one for my MIL. It's lightweight, has good suction and is cordless. I only wish the battery lasted longer. I split up vacuuming at the beginning and end of my cleaning process to get the entire house done (3500 sq ft). Read more

Was going to subtract 1 star because it doesn’t fold up..and when storing it does not stand up by itself, you have to lean it on something. However it’s such a powerful little vacuum and perfect for small areas that I gave it 5 anyway. It even has a headlight which I love. Charge lasts about 30 min which is more than enough for a small apartment with both wood and carpet floors. If your place is large and ALL carpet this vacuum probably isn’t for you. Read more

This vacuum does NOT WORK. The motor is NOT turning brush roll so the cat hair just balls up!! My kids bought this for me because I became Disabled. I have to bend and use cat hair( that you use on cat ONLY normally) remover tool to get hair off my rugs & carpet which I am to bend as LITTLE as possible!! My lumbar, Thoracic and Cervical up to C2 is fused. This is HORRIBLE. To replace bottom motor is EXPENSIVE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. Company does not stand by product. Read more

I love, love, love this vacuum!!! It is worth it. It picks up so much more than my stick Dyson. The design of the roller brush really gets all dirt on my kitchen floors. If you have shag carpet it doesn’t work the greatest on them but I only use it for the little messes the kids make for a quick clean. This would be the perfect vacuum for all types of hard flooring. I also really love the odor eliminator. With having two dogs I feel like my other vacuums would start to smell no matter how often I cleaned them. That doesn’t happen here it smells nice and fresh.
