The instructions are clear with easy diagrams for those that need every visual possible. Even I, set this up in a very short amount of time. Five minutes max. You simply detach the water tank, fill it with water to the first line then top it up with the signature Shark cleaning solution to the second line. You then screw the lid back on tightly and put it back in place. Next, you want to remove the Stain Striker tank and fill it with the OXY Multiplier Formula which I believe is what my carpets owe their fresh scent to. Secure the lid and put it back in place, it is all very easy. You are nearly ready to go, it is just a case of securing the tool you want to use, to the main crevice tool. To remove them, you press the small release button and it slides on and off, feeling almost magnetic. I quickly got the hang of it so I'm sure anyone would, you just need to get the angle right.I found it all very intuitive. I followed the instructions, spraying the stained areas for a few seconds holding the head level, scrubbing, and then sucking up the remnants using the extractor, which works by simply pulling the crevice tool towards you, as you press into the carpet. I often saw results instantly. As instructed for deep-set staining, I went over this using the wide tough stain tool once, leaving the solution on for 15-20 minutes or so before scrubbing again and extracting the debris. Cleaning your cleaning supplies after you've just done a load of chores feels like ugh to me, however, it is important to keep your machine in good working order and it was very easy with the StainStriker so I really can't complain. You want to unplug the machine, and pour out the dirty water from the tank, before giving it a rinse. Then all of the clear lids on the tools slide off for easy rinsing in the sink. Note 'rinse', I did not submerge anything in water. You can easily remove the cup from the pet stain-trapping tool too for a good clean. To clean the crevice tool, you attach the hose cleaning tool which is easy to slot on, you plug the machine back in, switch it on, and press the lever, running it for about a minute so that it clears out lingering debris. You can do this multiple times, depending on how bunged up yours is. You will want to remove the little black filter too and give it a rinse, everything is really well indicated in the pamphlet and I found the processes self-explanatory. There is also an orange connecting clip underneath the machine which you can remove to take out any clogged debris. I think it's probably worth doing this every time too as a little gunk and water jetted out of mine when removed. Here's a summary of its key features: * Great Quality: The cleaner appears to be well-made and durable. * Lightweight: This makes it easy to maneuver around your home. * Easy to Use: The user interface is likely straightforward and intuitive. * Compact Size: The .0.72L tank size is suitable for most cleaning tasks. * Long Cord and Hose: The 4.6m cord and 4' hose provide ample reach. * Powerful on Stains: The cleaner effectively removes stubborn stains. * Fast Drying: The carpet is left nearly dry after cleaning. * Strong Suction: The powerful suction ensures thorough cleaning. * Effective on Old Stains: The cleaner can even remove deep-seated stains. Overall, it seems like the Shark StainStriker Cleaner is a worthwhile investment for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient carpet cleaner. Read more

I bought this after bringing home a puppy and quickly realizing that cute does not mean mess-free. 😅 The photo says it all — one innocent-looking pup, one not-so-innocent floor. This Shark spot cleaner handled the mess immediately and effortlessly. It pulled liquid and odor out of the wood floor seams and nearby rug far better than paper towels or spray cleaners ever could. What impressed me most was how powerful yet easy to use it is — no setup drama, no dragging out a full-size vacuum, just grab, clean, done. The suction is strong, the solution works fast, and the storage caddy keeps everything neat and ready for the next inevitable accident. It’s compact enough to live out in the open, which honestly matters when you have a puppy. If you have pets (especially puppies), this is one of those products you don’t realize you need until you REALLY need it. I wouldn’t be without it now. Highly recommend for: ✔️ Puppy accidents ✔️ Pet odors ✔️ Rugs, floors, upholstery ✔️ Anyone who values their sanity Read more

This machine works great, but nowhere for the tools. It’s a bit frustrating they couldn’t design a plastic fitting they slip onto like vacuums.. For those of us with limited space to store things, especially cleaning things. BUT it works so well, very effective for my doggos “gland” problem on the couch and such. I had my comforter on the couch and he made a mess and it worked amazing. Just spray a good bit and let it soak for a second and then scrub as it vacuums. I found pushing upward while spraying and then coming back on it is best and then different scrubbing motions. After a few minutes it was good to go. Honestly maybe even a minute was good but that gland smell is dreadful so I’m thorough lol. He actually peed on the carpet the day I got it and it worked great on that too. He rarely pees inside but this will work great with one button press(Once the tanks are all setup). I have to pay $2 wash and $2 to dry where I live so this is going to be a lifesaver!! The cleaner smells really good too imo. The system is simple there are 3 tanks. Pour blue bottle “Oxy Multiplier” liquid in its separate container and then in the main tank you mix the orange label “deep clean pro” in with a large amount of the water in the tank till the water level rises to “concentrate”. Then in the last tank is where the dirty water goes. So that being said 2/3 tanks you keep full and just add to the oxy tank and maintain the concentrate/water mixture tank. You dump the nasty water each time. I’ve never owned one of these before but it’s genius. I bought the normal sizes for Oxy Multiplier and Deep Clean on Amazon and they are quite large(same liquid works for the bigger model cleaner too) so we should get a lot of use of them. Oh yeah it’s not THAT loud either! The spray amount is a lot compared to some videos of the hoover and others but I didn’t see them in person like this one. If you held your hand out and sprayed down it, it’ll cover your hand for instance. Cord is nice quality and long and has that beautiful thick rubber notch for wrapping the cord around it. Machine overall build is good just be gentle pulling things on and off. Wish I could give it 5 stars but it needs to store properly and make the hose a bit longer and wrap around better. Maybe over time it will feel better but the way it sets on the machine seems so fragile imo it’s just in this notch that holds it. Oh and it’s weight, it’s pretty light! I would 100% trust my grandmother carrying it around her home. Anyway, I had to give my opinion on this machine since it works well for me. Read more
