I love this microwave so much. My favorite aspect is probably how quietly it runs. In addition, I love the quick cook options. Very very easy to adjust the power level. It defrosts meat without cooking it. I'm on my third microwave in four years, and I wish I'd found this one sooner! Besides working really well, it also looks great. I love the clean look of the white, and it's SO easy to keep clean. It seems really high quality, and I think it'll hold up well. I'll report back in the future. Read more

We have been using this product for almost a year now with no electronic or power problems. It is important to point out that the magnatron does not seem to have a great deal of power and the result is that you need to use a longer time and or higher power setting then you may be used to with other microwaves. replaces a sharp microwave from 25 yrs ago (that still works), so they do last a long time. both are supposedly 1.4cf but the new one is smaller on the inside than the old one, about 1" depth and in width. i do like the grey interior on the new one better than the older white interior and that it doesn't have the seams along the bottom sides where moisture and crud can gather which caused eventual rust places on the older version. my only issue with new one is the spring behind the door button sticks and makes the button feel cheap. Size: This doesn't have a lg footprint and does a fabulous job. We’re still working through using different settings but so far we love what we have. Defrost is phenomenal, it doesn’t start to cook the edges, it just defrosts. Noise isn't disturbing. Easy to disengage the child lock. Love the Melt/Soften buttons. Frozen butter softened in seconds w/o cooking a hole through the ctr. Iykyk. Love the darker interior (the light is bright enough to see). I know we don’t wipe it down after each use-thats for sure. This microwave has many nice features. It is a large, carousel microwave with a clean appearance for the kitchen. It has multiple entry-speed buttons that save in cook-start time, and it is easy to set the clock. The interior is a glossy dark-gray that is very easy to clean (my favorite feature!). It buzzes five times when done, taking the guess work out of the "did the microwave go off?" question. My only complaint is the design of the turntable. Bubbles in the bottom of the glass are what connects it to the turnstile. If the food is off-center, the bubbles will sometimes slip and make noise.
