I bought this 1-quart sharps container for at-home medical use, and it’s exactly what I needed. The size is ideal — compact enough to fit on a countertop or in a cabinet, yet large enough to hold a good amount of used needles and lancets before needing to be replaced. The lid locks securely, which gives me peace of mind knowing nothing can spill out accidentally. It’s clearly labeled with the biohazard symbol and feels very sturdy — not flimsy like some cheaper options I’ve seen. I also like that it’s portable, so it’s easy to take along when traveling or to keep in a bag for safe disposal on the go. This is a typical sharps container and is well made. The only thing I can say is that this is not that very big for being a large size. It will work well for us for what we needed it for but if you are on daily shots or even weekly shots depending on the size of the syringe this will not last very long. Read more

This is an excellent medical grade lockable medical waste disposal box. If you want to keep in compliance with the correct medical waste procedure. This is perfect. Child proof with excellent lock but is easy to open and dispose of medical products. Has a good storage but slim design make storage super easy. Read more

I bought this to dispose of the needles I used to treat my kitty that had fip. It’s small, convenient, and doesn’t take up much space. However mine didn’t lock very well and the other cats could open it easily. If you have any small animals or children you need to make sure it’s behind a locked area they can’t get to. Otherwise it works fine until you can get to a place to dispose of them. Read more
