These blemish patches are super cute and surprisingly effective! They adhere well, stay in place overnight, and help reduce redness and swelling quickly. I love that they’re thin and nearly invisible on the skin, perfect for wearing during the day or under makeup. The playful dot design adds a fun touch while still delivering real results. They’re gentle, non-irritating, and make dealing with pimples a little more enjoyable. A great combination of skincare and style that actually works. It’s easy to apply. Read more

SHEGLAM Daydream Dots Blemish Patches Acne Patch Invisible Pimple Patches for Face 2 Sizes (24 Count) I was pretty disappointed with these acne patches. Most importantly, the heading says they are invisible, which they are not. I thought maybe there was a clear version and I chose the wrong one, but the cute designs are all I see. They also didn't stay put as well as another brand that I had tried in the past. I was not very impressed with their ability to diminish my blemishes, but I probably didn't leave them on long enought due to them not beng clear. I had a friend coming over and didn't feel comfortable with hearts and stars on my face. I didn't find them a very good value at the price they were when I ordered them ($7 for the pack of 24 patches). They are currently $5 which is a better deal but there should be double the amount in the box, even at that price. It would be easy to go though the pack of 24 in a week or less with even a moderate break-out. Read more

These blemish patches are a fun twist on the usual plain ones since they come with cute designs in different sizes. If you like wearing them during the day when you’re out and about they can actually look more like an accessory than a treatment patch which is a nice bonus. Personally, I usually wear mine at night while I sleep and they do stay in place well until the morning. Compared to some of the bigger name brands I’ve tried these aren’t quite as strong at shrinking pimples overnight. With my usual go to brand I notice a big difference by the next morning, but with these it took me a couple of nights before I saw the same kind of results. That being said they still get the job done you just need to give them a little more time. For the price and the fun designs I still think they’re worth it but I did take off one star since they’re not as fast acting as I hoped. Read more

So to briefly comment on what some of the other reviewers are saying; yes the item description includes the word invisible, however, even the most brief look at the photos would show you that that these are not meant to match your skin. They're bright, and colorful and meant to stick out. The word invisible could possibly apply to what its meant to do to your pimple which is make your pimple invisible by using these Hydrocolloid patches but it is a poor word choice in my opinion. The pricing has gone down on these and while they're not inexpensive, they are in line pricing wise for other comparable pre-cut patches. Obviously you can get large Hydrocolloid sheets and cut them yourself but you're paying for the convenience and in this case the cute design as well. They worked well for me when I had a pimple and I would get more in the future. Read more

I get occasional watery pimples even though I am in my early 50's and I typically buy the clean one's that usually give great results overnight. This pack came with really cute stars and shapes which made me feel like they are geared toward teenagers as I am not one to walk around with star stickers on my face but I usually use them at night so I wasn't too concerned but wanted to mention as a FYI. I felt like these are not as strong as my normal ones as it took 2 nights to see a difference and 3 to clear up any pimples. When on sale for under $5 I would say they would be worth a try. Read more

I am a big fan of pimple patches and always on the lookout for different brands. As a mid 50s woman, I still get occasional acne and pimple patches are a quick, overnight way to help reduce and eliminate the pimple faster. These patches have three fun shapes, a pink heart, a yellow star and a blue circle. While the title on the product page states "invisible", that is clearly a mistake as these are intended to be seen. These have salicylic acid which is what I previously used for pimples before patches became a thing. These stay put overnight without any difficulty. These were as effective at reducing or eliminating pimples overnight as other similar products. They don't have any smell and are easy enough to remove from the backing. I appreciate that each set of 12 patches come sealed inside a pel-apart pocket to keep them protected. At the time I originally ordered these, it was $7 USD for 24 patches, which is on the high end of price. I see that at the time of this review they are on sale for $5, but that is still considerably more expensive than most similar products. There is nothing particularly special about these to warrant the extra cost from my perspective. I don't deduct stars for price as long as the product works as expected, which these did. Read more

I usually love pimple patches and tend to use the clear dot style. This listing made these sound “invisible,” but in reality, they’re more like decorative pimple stickers—which definitely draw more attention to your face rather than less. On top of that, they didn’t seem to work as effectively as other brands I’ve tried, and the surface area is smaller than most patches I’ve used. Overall, these just aren’t a good fit for me. These stick really well. I think that's a major aspect of this type product to look for. It needs to stay put. As for its effectiveness, that's more subjective, not all pimples are the same and some need different treatment. I think for small pimples these are fine. It may take a couple applications to really get a response. I'm doubtful they'd help with serious breakouts but I don't think these are designed for that. Read more
