I had been looking at this waver on Shein for a while now, and I ordered it through Amazon finally. It works perfectly and the waves are just what I wanted. It goes up to 410 degrees F and has an indicator to let you know what temperature it is, it has an auto cool down function, it heats in about 30 seconds, and even beeps to tell you when to let go of the hair (~5 seconds each section). I highly recommend it and I will be ordering some other SheGlam Hair styling tools in the future. Read more
Just recently cut my hair short, and so I thought this product would really help me style it. It has taken me a few weeks to work with it, but I think I’ve got it figured out not using it on such a high heat. I’m getting much more of a wave instead of an a wave that I can’t style. The machine beeps at you when it feels like your hair has reached the desire temperature and style amount of time I like that. Read more

I received a defective product, and I've experienced issues with two separate units. The first curler I received had inconsistent beeping, which is supposed to indicate when to move to the next section of hair. It would beep correctly for approximately five minutes, then started beeping randomly, leading to hair damage. Furthermore, the curler eventually stopped curling my hair altogether, only straightening and burning it due to the lack of timely warnings. I returned the first defective unit and received a refund. However, upon ordering a second curler, I encountered the exact same problems. After contacting the seller, I was offered a refund without sending the product back Unfortunately, I never received this refund and subsequently missed the return window, leaving me with a defective and unusable hair tool. This entire experience has been quite deceiving. I would appreciate it if the seller would honor their word and issue my refund. Read more
