Let me start by saying that this bathing suit did not work well for my body. However, I do not believe that has any bearing on the quality and design of the suit itself. Some 2-pieces leave smaller midriff gaps, and If and if like me, that’s what you need/prefer, I wouldn’t suggest this one for you. However, I really like these bottoms and will probably wear them with a separate top that comes down a bit lower on me. The swimsuit top is is fairly standard— you will find this cut in bathing suits from multiple brands. It is very flattering on cup sizes up to about a C/D. Beyond that, you will start to bulge out of it. The straps are adjustable, so you can tighten or loosen them as desired. And, like most tops these days, there are removable pads for the chest. Where this suit shines is the bottoms. They have built-in full coverage briefs, with a sheer skirt layered over it. The skirt has ties on each side, so you can tie it up higher on both sides, or one side, or no sides. I tend to get annoyed by bathing suits with skirts that flap around, but this one is tighter against your skin, kind of cute actually! And will not be as likely to flap around in the water— and definitely not in the wind. I really like the green color, it was a cool-toned, faded deep green. Like a dark sage, or a milky army green. Greens that are too olive-y do not look good on me, but this color was great. Overall, it seems to be a good quality swimsuit. I hope it’s what you’re looking for! Read more
This swimsuit is a massive win. I honestly didn’t expect the top to fit a fuller chest so well, but it does—and it offers solid support, which is a huge plus. I prefer a bit more coverage on my legs, and this delivers without looking modest or dowdy. Instead, it looks chic, stylish, and honestly a bit expensive. The first thing I will say about this SHEKINI Women's Bikini Set is that the color is GOREOUS! It is hard to find a pink that is this vibrant of a color! I got this for my daughter, she is 5'8" tall and weighs around 125, she typically wears a size 7-8 with a 24" waist. I usually get her a small but sized up in this and I am glad I did as this fits her very nicely. It is very flattering on her and she commented that it is really fashionable, flows really nicely and is very comfortable when she swims without shifting around. It has a nice lining with removable cups which is a nice feature. It is also nice how the skirt can be adjusted to your liking as I am sure the fit is different on different body types and can be adjusted for various locale's or situations. the straps are also adjustable in the back which is really important to get a good fit with swimsuits. Sometimes it is hard for me to pick out clothing for my daughter as she is a teenager and I worry that my fashion sense isn't "with the times" but she absolutely loves this suit and wore it first day to the gym and said it is her favorite suit. I always know when I picked well because she will be kind about some items I choose for her but then I notice she won't often wear them so this is, indeed, a winner for the younger crowd! Read more
