Lovely vintage style; materials aren’t the best
I love the look of these shoes. Reminds me of my grandmother, in the best way. If you like subtle vintage looks, these are your style. They’re also surprisingly comfortable considering the next two things I’m about to note. The heel is plastic unfortunately, which makes me wonder how long it will last. Being plastic, it’s quite loud and clacky. I’m going to attach rubber soles on the bottom. Second, the inside is basic. No extra support. But the fit was good. My pair has European sizing stamped on the bottom. It says 43 and I generally prefer a size 10.5/11 so that matches up. My feet tend to be slightly wide (although some wide shoes are too loose for me; I’m on the edge). These fit just right for width. The toe box is comfortable too. I decided to keep them because I bought them through resale for $20. If I’d paid full price I probably would be sending them back. Read more
