I ordered these pants because I'm an aging but thin Millenial and these reminded md of my youth. I'm a bit smaller than thd smallest size, so I suspect these fit true to size, I'm just too small physically. The top set of straps on the pants are effective at being smaller and holding up the pants. The version I got has a middle strap with a functional buckle on each side, lower on the hips. This is a wicked cute detail, especially if the pants fit you. I tried tightening the buckles and they looked ridiculous, so it's advisable to keep them on the loosest setting. The material of the pants is a medium weight with tons of stretch. The pants themselves are quite comfortable, though it feels a little "windy" on thd sides if my hips, which would typucslly he covered. They go awfully low down the sides of my hips. They are sewn well and pretty opaque. My only criticism would be the length of the pants. I'm 5'7" with a 32" inseam and long legs, and these pants are too short for me. That aspect makes them look silly on me, a bit. I wish they were a couple inches longer. Overall, these are cute pants that are not executed very well. I go to a lot of raves and music festivals. I am always looking for cute pants for colder weather events. The design of these pants is fun and sexy. Id probably style these with fishnet tights underneath. The fabric is quite lightweight - even lighter than my typical yoga pants. It is a slick knit fabric. The flare shape leg is nice. The silver rivets and buckles are cool - although make it a little tricky to wash. I'll put on delicates with a towel into my washing machine and lay flat to dry. I sized up a little because I didn't want to have any cutting or tightness on my hips. I'm 5'2" with 41" hips and got the large. It's a tiny bit loose I could of probably stuck with a Medium, but it works. The length is long on me - but that's to be expected. I will hem them. The sewing is a little messy with some loose threads and some of the turned edges have rippling along the seam which is why I have 4 stars. These are not super high quality but for a fun pair of pants that you won't mind getting sweaty or a little dirty, I don't mind. Read more
