Excellent stuff. I used it to line the bottom of some antique brass candlesticks so that they didn't scratch my furniture. This green felt is not too thick, so it doesn't add bulk and show underneath the item, but the felt holds its shape. And this stuff is very sticky. My candlesticks only had a narrow lip on the bottom for this to adhere to, and it is stuck on there tightly. Read more

Used on a project that needed felt. The adhesion is good and has not come off yet. Read more

The adhesive on this is quite good. I used it to pad the bottom of a large paperweight. When I checked the adhesion the next day by testing whether it would pull off around the edges, nothing lifted even slightly. I would have liked the felt fabric to be a bit more cushy, but it's certainly adequate and I can't actually fault it. Read more

Gets the job done but, as other reviewers have noted, the dimensions provided in the description are imprecise and frankly generous. Had this been the full dimensions quoted it would have been perfect for my project; as it is, I’m about a quarter inch short on one end. It arrived quickly and I didn’t find the folds to be a problem: when you adhere it to a surface you can smooth them right out. I covered plywood with this and it adhered quite well. I was a little surprised that the manufacturer stapled directly through the product when packaging, though. It didn’t matter for my needs, but for a project requiring flawless material this is not the product for the job. Given the price, however, I cannot complain. If you don’t need exactly the stated size should be fine with this item. Read more

Worked for the job for a lamp. Not real thick which what I wanted just wanted protection for my refinished antique furniture. Read more

This is a fine product for the flat bottoms of vases, lamps, etc. I tried to form a "mar-free ring" around an over-the-door clothes hanger -- it worked for a couple days, then lost adhesion to itself and flopped open. So for my application (a small-radius cuff), it didn't work out well. Live and learn. Read more

This is thin, so if you're looking for anything with impact resistance this may not work. Cuts well and very sticky... great for coasters Read more

Great item. I cut them to size for a variety of uses, but the main use is to provide a layer between my orthopedic inserts and the interior of my shoes. I get plantar faciitis occasionally as a result of running on concrete, so I use orthotic inserts in my running and street shoes. I remove the generic inserts that came with the shoes and replace them with my orthotics, but due to the hard nature of the shoe's interior, the inserts squeak on every step. I cut pieces of this felt to act as a cushion between the inside of the shoe and the insert to eliminate the squeaks. Read more
