I love this bag so much. I carry my laptop to and from work, and this works so great for that plus acts as my purse (I'm not a purse-carrying girl). It was also the perfect size for taking on a plane -- I could put a lot in it but it didn't get overly bulky. Love the versatility of the shoulder/crossover strap, the hand straps, and the tuck-away backpack straps... and the little mini-hooks for keys, etc., and many compartments. I also needed a bag with bottle holders, and this has 3 (one of them inside). Really good quality, and I would absolutely buy another when this one wears out. Read more

Purchased this bag for a two week trip to Japan. I knew I’d be in many situations from cities to villages to forests. Wanted to fit in as best I can, and not stand out like a tourist more than I needed to. This bag was perfect. It held everything I needed - glasses, umbrella, pens, iPad, phone, wallet and passports in secured pocket, cloth shopping bag, water bottle and coffee travel cup, snack and personal items. Being able to switch between backpack, shoulder, and tote bag modes was great. Backside has pocket too but unzipped it slips on extended handle of rolling bag. So functional and attractive. Could be larger but then it would loose some style. They struck the right balance imho. Read more

This backpack is beautiful, well constructed and so many great pockets and nooks to tuck things, it's perfect except for one thing... when you set the straps to the best position to fit you, the 'teeth' that are supposed to hold the straps in place are not hearty enough and the straps slip. I have to carry a heavy laptop to-and-from work and I carry lunch, this bag has weight to it and it tends to slide (I have tied the straps in a knot to hold it in place, not great having a knot in my back). That said, a GREAT feature of this backpack is the regular strap (not the tote handles or the backpack strap but the bag strap), this strap allows you to hold like a regular bag on your shoulder and it sits at your side VERY COMFORTABLY. I take the subway to work and I don't want to be that person with the backpack on the subway encroaching on the person's space behind me. Having my bag at my side also allows me to have sight of my bag on the subway. Overall, this bag is FANTASTIC, i hope the Company fixes the 'teeth; issue and then this bag would be 100 out of 10! I looked at sooooo many backpack style totes before finally deciding to try this one... Its amazing! It feels well made, durable and has many considerate touches. I love that it will hold a small laptop, planner, a few books, wallet, keys, tech essentials and small toiletry kit for my daily needs without looking like a childish school backpack. It feels adult and somehow lady like? lol I feel proper, for once. Its expensive for a reason- It will last a long time and actually meets daily use needs. Read more

I read several reviews before purchasing this backpack and for the most part I agree with many of them that liked the backpack. It has several security features and many pockets for organizing your items. It is also versatile in that it can be carried like a traditional backpack or like a cross-body backpack. It also has great handles for carrying. It has big pockets for water bottles. I could easily fit my 30 oz Stanley in the side pocket. After several months of use, I will sadly be replacing it because the backpack straps are not comfortable no matter how much I try to adjust it. I am 5'2" and wearing it crossbody was too long even at the shortest strap setting. If I could carry it comfortably, it would be a keeper. Read more
