I received this product, charged it up after my 4.5 Mile walk I used it. It works great, my only problem was I have a wide neck an it was non adjustable. This is the best massager I have ever used. This was a replacement of a different type of neck massager. This massager has the other one beat. This is a BEEFY neck massager, it's quite heavy and the quality feels nice. The massage arms can get quite strong, I use it on a low setting because I'm a wimp. It has several modes and really got into the knots on my neck well to relieve pain. I wasn't a huge fan of the thin material used to cover the arms, that's probably why I have to use it on low because there's no padding just a thin slipcover type material, and again I am a wimp. I was able to adjust it easily as I used it to target the pain points effectively, though I did lose it off the back of my neck a few times because it was quite heavy and awkward, but most neck massagers are. The controls were easy to use and responsive. Overall, this does the job and for this price point I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try out a neck massager without breaking the bank. This kneading massager is one of the more basic models I have tried but it works really well and is on the more compact side. The weight is a little heavier than some but it's still on the lighter side. The build quality feels really nice and the leather material feels very durable and soft. The bag also feels well made and the leather like material feels nice and I also like the two tone color. The bag is a nice touch as most of the other ones do not include it and really makes storage so much neater and easier and it keep the massager free of dust, the bag is also easy to dust. This massager only has one heat level but it heats up really well, on some other models I can barely feel the heat but with this one you can really feel it. The other setting are also pretty limited and basic but it does everything you need it to do. There are 2 power levels and two different modes one is continuous and the other is a stutter-y kind of motion. The controls are pretty ergonomic and the extra voice feature combined with the raised buttons makes it easy to adjust the settings while you are using it as it announces the modes as you cycle through them and you can feel the button placement with your finger. The kneading motion is great and the placement of the "fingers" is a good spacing. The straps are a little on the skinny side and I fee like they could be a little wider though. The belt is easy to adjust and to buckle and unbuckle. The battery life is decent and the device charges up pretty fast. Another plus is that it will charge with a USB type C to C cable or a PD phone charger and not just with the included USB type A to C cable. Some of the other ones will only charge with a USB type A to C cable. If you care about the extra charging options, the included bag, and voice feature for easily adjusting the setting while in use. First of all, this thing feels amazing in action on my neck. I can’t get over how they perfected that massage technique mechanically. Wild. I plugged it in to charge it, and the red light was flashing like it says it will. But I think the instructions said once it’s charged it will have a steady green light? But the light just turned off. So I assume it’s fully charged? I don’t really know. It wasn’t plugged in long. Maybe it comes with some charge. It takes a couple minutes to really feel the heat, but it does feel nice. I wish you could feel the heat from the parts that do the massaging. The device talks to you when you push the buttons. “Heat on.“ “Heat off.“ It has two modes of massage, but I mostly like mode one. It is the deepest more intense massage. It has a loop hanging from each side, and I put my hands through there and kind of pull down to increase the intensity to where I want it. There’s a strap that can buckle around your back for hands-free positioning, but I haven’t tried it. The straps for the arms are very soft and comfortable. The material feels durable and is very soft. I assume it’s PU leather. The machine shuts off after about 15 minutes, I think. The instructions recommend 15 minutes in the morning and at night. I’m sure they mean per area that you massage. So nice that it’s rechargeable so you don’t have to be tied down to a cord. It does come with a charge cord. The instructions said to use a certain type of cord. This concerns me because are all USB charge cords alike? I have so many from so many different things and they all get mixed up. I’m going to try to be sure to put this cord back in the bag with us every time. Did I mention that it comes with a very nice carrying bag? I haven’t even tried this on other parts of my body yet.
