For what you get, this is a spectacular aid to your golf game. It takes little effort on the course but, may take a bit more effort after the round to verify your shots but, that’s a good habit. The performance stats are very helpful in selecting the right club in various situations. The watch stays charged for 18 likely up to 36 holes. Read more

Great golf watch. Works perfectly. Easy to setup. Doesn't rely on a phone during a round. Sometimes fails to download courses if your signal isn't great though. This has become my daily instead of my Samsung Galaxy 5 Read more

I love this watch, period. I bought this as an alternative to a laser finder, I seemed to get inconsistent results with the laser depending on where pins were, weather and what the background looked like. With the watch, I get a perfect reading every single time. No fumbling around, just answers. I like getting a front, mid, and rear reading, green map, and where traps are. As a bonus, it comes with sensors you install in the grip hole that automatically sense what club you are hitting. You can see how far you hit a ball after you hit it by walking up to your ball and selecting your next club. I have played about 15 rounds with it and it's comfortable, reliable and super easy to use. Very easy to load in the courses you play, and get the data off the watch. Downsides: I wish the display was brighter. That said, you can play 36 holes and still have 25-35% battery left. Can't do that with the way more expensive Garmins. Also wish it didn't have a proprietary charging cord, but thats not a big deal. The software is also really good, you get very in depth analysis on your round, and it judges your progress as you keep playing and rates you against other players. Super surprised how good of a package ShotScope has made with the V5. Read more

This is not a good product. I've been trying to use this shot tracker for many rounds. Also been trying to work with Shot Scope to to remedy the issues but... 1) they indicated they couldn't take a return since it was purchased through a 3rd Party. 2) all they do is ask questions and have me perform trouble shooting steps, which then just turn into more questions. 3) the issues are: - the tags are rarely registered with the watch unless you put the tags within 4 - 5 cm of the top of the watch face (12 o'clock position). - when correcting the missed shots (which are many due to the tags not registering a hit), and scorecard, on the watch, once you sync with the phone application, it has not saved many of the corrections. Practically useless. The only thing that seems to work is the gps location. Read more

Works fine. Upgraded from a basic Garmin golf gps watch for the color screen and option of viewing the fairway and distances along the entire fairway on the watch. Unfortunately I rarely use that option since it involves several button pushes just to get to it. Ideally the screen showing the fairway should also show distance to pin instead of those being separate screens AND it should be the main screen that’s always on. If you’re really into tracking every single shot and round to round stats, this is the one for you. For me, it was an unnecessary upgrade. Read more
