About this item

  • The arm strap and chest strap of the Masrlban shoulder compression sleeve both utilize a loop-and-pull tightening and adjustment system, allowing for easy adjustment and secure fixation. By applying constant soothing pressure, it effectively accelerates the shoulder recovery process, prevents re-injury, and reminds the user to avoid overextending the injured shoulder.
  • Adjustable shoulder brace provides relief from your frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tear, bursitis, labrum tear, tendonitis, stiff joints, broken humerus bone, post-op SLAP surgery. Can be used as a separated shoulder brace, shoulder dislocation brace, or rotator cuff brace.
  • The Shoulder Rests are made of high-quality neoprene material, featuring a perforated design for breathability and comfort. With excellent elasticity and a lightweight feel, they provide all-day comfortable care whether at home, in the office, during sports, fitness activities, and more.
  • This versatile shoulder support brace is crafted with meticulous workmanship, making it abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, and durable without deformation. It includes a dedicated ice pack zone, allowing users to purchase ice packs separately for cold compression therapy, enabling rotator cuff cold therapy.
  • The shoulder immobilizer is designed for universal use—suitable for both left and right shoulders, as well as for men and women—accommodating individuals of different body types. Its slim design allows it to be worn discreetly under daily clothing without affecting appearance.

Great for injury recovery.

CyDecember 7, 2025

This brace is helpful if you are dealing with shoulder pain or recovering from an injury. It gives a good amount of support without feeling too tight and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable fit. It takes a moment to figure out the best way to put it on, but once it is adjusted it stays in place well. A solid option for extra support during healing. I needed it for an overuse injury and I think it helped speed up recovery. Read more

Too complicated

Regina F DoeJanuary 15, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I cant figure how to get on. 4 pics aren't helpful. It's all velcroed together to fit in package. I'm 75 with painful shoulder and no one to help me. Sorry I bought it. Hopefully one day a visitor will help me figure out. Read more

Well Crafted and Detailed, Tricky to Put on at First

E. SylviaNovember 8, 2025

This shoulder brace is a little tricky to put on, especially if not feeling the best. The straps are held with velcro, and after struggling with it for awhile, discovered that the strap that goes around the back is actually a long belt that can be completely removed, so it's more adjustable from either side than it seems at first glance. The shorter strap, the one that goes around the arm, doesn't completely detach, so when I tried it on the left, then the right side, it's a slightly different technique to put it on. Having someone help put it on would be ideal. Once it's in place, it feels really good on the shoulder it's serving, so any struggle, although a bit exasperating, was worth it. This review represents my opinion, on the date(s) it was written, of a free product from Amazon Vine Program. Read more

Exactly as listed

JoeOctober 28, 2025

I'm not sure if it's my shoulders or what, but when I am wearing this brace, every time I reach forward, the brace slides higher up my arm. I have things ratcheted down to the point that it starts cutting off blood flow yet it still slides. I'm taking one star off for my experiences with it moving around. However, the construction is well done and it seems to match the other versions online. The velcro areas tend to stay stuck in place and it as just the right amount of elastic give. I do feel a bit of relief when wearing it so it does make a difference. Overall, it works. The price is close to other similar devices so it is on par. Read more

More difficult to use on left shoulder

𝓖𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓮October 24, 2025

So it works and is as described, but as you can see in the product description page photos, they only show it being used on the right-shoulder. When I used it on my left shoulder, I had to reach behind my back to tighten the long strap. Given that this is intended to mitigate shoulder issues, that's the opposite of what you want to do! So I think the approach to the strap can be improved to make it easy no matter which shoulder you put it on. As for the brace itself, it seems like durable and flexible material. How effective it is for my shoulder will take longer to determine, but it does have a partial immobilizing effect and will at least remind me to be more careful with that arm until it fully heals. Good brace that's easy to put on and adjust for fit.

Good shoulder brace that's easy to adjust, has multiple Velcro points to help fit in use. It was easy to put on without help and adjust the straps / pressure points. Provides good support and is comfortable to wear. Read more

Worth Its Weight in Gold—Takes the edge off...and then some

A. MunsonOctober 21, 2025

The media could not be loaded. This review is a little longer than usual because this brace has truly helped me. After being diagnosed with a full-thickness rotator cuff tear and declining surgery, I went through physical therapy and now use this immobilizer during flare-ups and at night. I also pair it with a little castor oil on gauze and a waterproof bandage before sleeping. Grandma's old timers solution worked great and makes such a difference! 💪 Strong Support: Keeps my shoulder secure and reminds me not to lift or twist awkwardly. 🌙 Night Relief: Helps reduce sharp pain so I can rest comfortably. (I can even sleep on that side to give my other shoulder/hips a break) 💧 Comfortable Fit: Lightweight and breathable, easy to wear under clothes. ( It helps so much, you wont even mind having it on). ⚙️ Adjustable Design: Simple loop-and-pull straps make tightening effortless. Together with the brace, castor oil, and a hot water bottle--- this trifecta eases soreness and pain like nothing else. I’ve tried pillows, slings, and even cooky contraptions but this set up works great for me. Not medical advice, just my personal experience and a huge thank-you to this product! Read more

Difficult to put on

DebbieOctober 28, 2025

For me, I was confused as to how to put this on. As a female, I feel like the strap is crossing over my breast area and it’s not comfortable. If I tried moving it up, it just seemed like it was too close to my neck, so maybe it was just me but I had difficulty with this and think it might be difficult if you have a torn rotator cuff that you would really just be able to use one hand to put this on. It might work well otherwise for support. But for me, it didn’t work. Read more
