The parts are all clearly labelled, the instructions are good. You measure the distance then you check and it tells you how many pieces to use for that length. When I first tried this I had issues because the spring inside Part A when I unscrewed it got all warped or something and it was stuck. this flexibility is what you use to push it inside the shower to fit vertically inside the floor and ceiling. Their support was good and sent a video on how to fix it but didn't understand the problem, so the video was the wrong one. I was going to send it back but it wouldn't fit back in the box now as it was stuck out too far. I decided to give it one more decent try before I just send it all back in a bigger box. Thankfully in trying to pull it completely apart like the video was for, it fixed it. I popped it in with some help from my husband and it's been great, it really has good sized shelves. We were crammed in the shower with the stick on trays before, trying to juggle shampoos and conditioners and all of the other accessories for 2 adults and 4 kids, one of them a 4 year old with toys, potion bottles etc. This organizer fits everyone. perfectly. lots of hanging spots for bath roses, it's definitely a plus that the shelves go either way because I had considered buying the ones where each shelf is on the same side. I want to give praise to this company as they stepped up and replaced the item I purchased due to a missing tensioning spring in the Top pole piece. Once I received the replacement Top pole piece the caddy worked awesome! I wish other Amazon sellers would step up and take care of customer service issues like Alyssa at HIdz did with me! Now, The caddy was easy to assemble and has more than enough baskets to store various shower accessories than anyone could possible ever need which is a good thing because some people like to keep scrub brushes and cleaning products in the shower so they can clean while in the shower so the shower caddy gives you all the storage space you need! I love the toothpster and tooth brush storage box that clips onto the baskets. The best thing about the caddy is it's made to be customized so it fits your personal preferences so you can place baskets exactly where you like them to be. I like the individual soap holder and there is a hook for my various washcloths to hang and drip dry. I would highly recommend this product and please know that if you have an issue the good people at HLdz customer service department will make sure your issues are addressed and fixed! I had my replacement parts in only a few days and they shipped from China! That tells me they stand behind the products they make and will make sure every customer is totally satisfied!
