I was having recurring neck spasms and for about a year before I found this pillow. A friend had suggested I try shredded memory foam- after having tried everything from goose feathers and down to contour and terrible solid memory foam pillows. It took some testing to find the right amount of foam for me, of which I removed about 1/3, but after 2 weeks I'm about 80% pain free. It's so soft to lay on and conforms to both my head and neck (I'm a cradler) to provide the right amount of support. As with any pillow it does start to pancake if you don't fluff it a bit, but foam has a lovely springiness to it. That other 1/3 of foam I've used to fill a small, oblong pillow for when I sleep in my recliner, so win win!. Best purchase I've made in a long time! Read more

I like this pillow for a few reasons. It has the right amount of neck support and it's Comfy. It comes with additional fill if you need it extra firm. I usually like my pillow firm and I had other pillows that compressed, and I had to adjust in the middle of the night. I purchased one queen and two king size pillows. The queen size pillow was only 25 inches wide which is 3 inches shorter than the listed 28 inches. A queen size should be about 30 inches wide. See attached pic The king size pillows were 33 inches wide but listed as 36 inches wide. The pillows are comfortable and the fill is clean and soft. The king 2 pack only came with 1 pack of extra fill. I really needed a pillow that is 28 to 30 inches wide so I ended up removing the fill from two of the Kusnug pillows and using it to fill my two 28 inch wide allergy pillow encasements. They were perfect. I gave my wife the extra Kusnug king pillow that I didn't need. I am a combo sleeper who changes sleep positions multiple times a night and I find that any pillow less than 28 inches wide causes my large head to be too close to the edge when I roll onto my side. The King size pillows allowed the filling to shift too much during the night so I would not recommend that for combo sleepers. The price of these pillow is very good and even though I only used the fill from two of the three I ordered, it was still worth it. Read more
