I am not very fond of backpacks as I have difficulty putting the straps on (I'm not the youngest person in the world). However, this bag is so light and the cushioned straps make the pack extremely comfortable. The multiple pockets allow a laptop/iPad, clothes (and a pair of sandals), and food to remain separate from each other. A sturdy plastic (smaller) thick zippered compartment is perfect for holding medicines, beauty accessories, wallet, and keys. The major section unzips completely so packing clothes does not require you to "stuff" them into the backpack (as though you are packing in a suitcase). I bought this bag for carrying school and work stuff with me so I can just go straight to a coffee shop or the library after work to do homework and study instead of going home and gathering everything first. It holds a lot more than I thought it would! It’s a very sturdy bag, has nice comfortable padding in the laptop sleeve, and has a ton of different storage spots. The water bottle pocket is good for smaller water bottles or standard plastic ones but it doesn’t fit my 32 ounce owala for reference. However if you have a spill proof cup like that, you can just throw it in the big pocket and it fits perfectly fine! :) This would definitely be a great book bag for traveling. It stretches pretty far, and like I said it holds a lot. I used it to pack up some clothes for a weekend trip and worked great! Plus, it’s super cute! I got the pink one! I bought this for traveling. I was going on a two week road trip with my other half and wanted something to keep my personal items in so they were easy to locate once we arrived somewhere. The amount space that you get from this bag is amazing! It is easy to organize everything and then use the zipper that wraps all the way around to open the bag to see fully what's inside without having to dig through or take things out. The straps are adjustable, making it easy to fit to you for carrying in an airport or into a hotel. It has plenty of pockets and the material and the zippers are very good quality. I am surprisingly pleased with this travel backpack. It can not only hold an average size laptop, but enough clothes for several days. The quality is nice for the price. I really like the color because it isn't a baby pink. It's more like a soft grey-ish lilac, which is a nice adult color. It does not have a charging port but I wasn't expecting one since it isn't mentioned in the listing. I sometimes fly on an airline that charges extra for a carry-on bag and/or checked bag, but allows a backpack of certain dimensions. This backpack fits within those dimensions. I used to borrow my daughter's regular backpack but then I decided it was time for me to buy my own. This is when I discovered that they now make backpacks like a suitcase. I love all the separate pockets and sections. What I really like is that it unzips and opens completely 180 degrees, which makes packing and accessing your items much easier than a regular bookbag type of backpack. The zippers are a nice quality, sturdy, and easy to grab. The only thing I am a little disappointed about is the product tag attached to the bag, describing all the features, states that it has a Password lock device on the zipper, (see blue circle on my picture) but it doesn't have anything like that. That feature is not mentioned in the listing, so I didn't deduct a star from my rating. I guess it's a generic product insert that another backpack might have. I used this on a recent flight and was impressed by the comfort of the straps, the size (not super huge, but big enough to fit a lot in), and how it fit nicely under the seat in front of me. It was also really easy to open it up completely to access items at the bottom of the main compartment. It has a LOT of room - multiple pockets, plus a great compartment in the back for my 14" laptop so that your back has a flat layer and your stuff isn't all lumpy against your back.
