These have the potential to be gorgeous boots. The sole was poorly cut with ragged edges and poorly fastened, as if it wasn’t even inspected before sending to me. Sole is WAYYY too big for the boot like skis, nail is visible. We don’t wear boots made like this in Texas. I wish they could do better, but no real way to reach the seller to get a pair better made. Not even able to upload the pics I have posted here. I need the seller to see the problems so they can be resolved. No other option than a refund. I won’t risk getting another pair made the same way. Obviously no one is working in quality assurance. It’s sad. Read more
