So I sleep with a cpap. You can imagine how hard it is to find a pillow that actually sleeps comfortably while wearing this darth vader mask on my face. I actually bought a pillow specifically for the cpap, which I think has caused me all this neck and shoulder pain. I have had one night sleep with this pillow and I feel it's already made me feel a ton better. It's very firm but the shape of it make it so comfortable. I do agree that the case it comes in is too warm, so I may have to take that off. I wish they had a cooler temperature pillowcase to go with this. So happy I found this pillow. Read more
Should have realized it wasn't as nice as it looks . Air was sucked out of package so very thin and flat . After 4 hours still really soft and not firm at all . Guess you get what you paid for . Read more

I slept through the night the first night I used it, but this is the hardest pillow I have ever used. The hole is great, as I had a small skin cancer removed from my ear, hence the reason I purchased it. However after four nights, the hole began to settle lower, raising the outer edge to push on my forehead, where another biopsy was performed. I have another very expensive pillow, this one replaced, much the same shape. My other pillow is much softer, and the leg on the back is much longer, offering better support than this pillow. After five nights I start out with this one, and end up by morning back with my old one. This is losing shape. If the back leg were 6 inches longer, and one could remove filling, I might be able to work with it. I will be having a MOHS procedure on the side of my head. This pillow will not meet my needs at that point. I’m still looking for something to better meet my needs. One of the other reasons I purchased this was because I thought my old one was too hot. It is memory foam. It’s not as hot as this one, this pillow is so hot it makes sweat horribly. It’s a conundrum, because in spite of all it’s short comings I can still sleep on it, and haven’t given up. If I were a seamstress I’d make the back longer. My old pillow completely supports my back. I was hoping this would do like wise. Not so, far to short, it just barely come over the shoulder. The support ends there. No, I wouldn’t recommend this. It’s not as advertised. The biggest issue is it’s as hard a rock with no give, brand new, and lost it’s shape. So much potential with a few improvements. For Now, just no, look further. Read more

Amazing pillow for relief of neck pain. I have osteoarthritis in my neck which causes neck pain and headaches. I have tried so many different pillows trying to find relief. My chiropractor recommended this pillow along with several others and I tried them out. I almost didn't order this one because I thought the shape was so weird but I'm so glad I did. I'm now on my 2nd week of getting a good nights sleep and not waking up with so much pain. My only wish is that the case it comes in was machine washable. The tag says to only spot clean . That's going to be a problem. Only other issue is while the fabric is very soft, it's also hot on warm nights. Read more
