This bag is amazing! I absolutely love the feel of the coated canvas. I have little kids so I’m wary to have a solid leather bag right now. This tote feels like it would be waterproof or at least highly water-resistant. It’s such a thoughtfully well-made bag. The coated canvas makes it a great choice, regardless of weather. The zippered top is such a functional detail due to how many times my kids or cats knock over my purse, making the contents spill out all over. Don’t get me started on my bag dropping all of its contents onto the passenger’s side floor of the car due to extreme stop-and-go traffic! With a zippered top, that won’t happen now unless I neglect to close it. In which case, I have only myself to blame. Inside is also an attached leash for the small zippered pouch accessory or you could attach your keys to it for ease of finding them. The size is really perfect for me and for all the things I need to have on hand for myself and my two kids. Heck, my husband could toss his stuff inside too and I likely wouldn’t even notice. It’s rooooomy! The color is perfection for spring. I am so excited to wear this for Easter, Mother’s Day, etc. it’s a cheery color that brings a smile to my face. I think my mom may fight me for this bag. I may have to get her one. Well, Mother’s Day *is* coming up!! Great gift for the special woman in your life! I adore this tote bag and love the features. Its size, color, functional attributes, and overall silhouette make this a superb choice for a tote bag that is not only fashionable but functional as well. The one thing that should be noted is the bottom isn’t reinforced or structured so if you have heavy items, they may bulge the bag out at the bottom. It comes with a thicker piece of paper in the packaging which is cut into the shape of the bottom of the bag but it would be nice if they included a thicker/more rigid piece of plastic or actually reinforced the bottom of the bag. Overall I find this a very small issue and can do this on my own so I am not knocking any stars off for that but wanted to note it. First and foremost: Initially, I was quite disappointed in this bag. After I started investigating the bag closely, I noticed (what looked like) a pattern defect throughout the entire bag. So, I proceeded to take a lot of pictures and started to circle the areas that looked "defective" on the front of the bag -as pictured above-. Then I started to tweek the blur on the photos and low and behold: It's not a manufacturing error. I discovered that those areas actually say COACH in very small letters. So, funny enough, as an individual who has at least 30+ Coach bags and have been purchasing them for over 20 years, this is the first bag of mine that has this kind of marking(s) on it. So, as a veteran Coach wearer, please don't mistake it (like I initially did) as a defect! Now, having said that: This is a nice bag. It's a coated, canvas bag with leather trim and shoulder straps. It's lightweight, easy to wear and the straps stay on your shoulder(s). Also, as a short woman (at 5'2) the adjustable shoulder straps do not come close to dragging on the ground when my arm is fully extended downward. This bag is large, roomy and it conveniently comes with a smaller, removable, zippered pouch. You can easily put whatever you want to carry -including jackets- in it with room to spare! I love that it has a zippered top to keep everything securely enclosed and safe. Unfortunately, it doesn't have feet on the bottom but that's ok. The rosy color is lovely and would be perfect for both Spring and Summer and the medium brown leather compliments the bag beautifully. When you're not using it, you're provided a handy storage bag to keep everything safe from unnecessary wear and tear. I feel like this is a nice tote bag and definitely worth checking out. Read more
