This thing is massive but comfy af. Color is true to description. Fabric is soft and it is well made. Don't expect the footrest to go up or down quickly. It is slow. I am 5'3" and my feet hang. Hubby is 5'10" and his feet touch the floor. Headrest adjustment is good. Nothing fancy. I love that it doesn't really look like a traditional recliner and two people of smaller width can easily sit together in this. This is an edit of a previous review. The couch itself is great. We love it. The grey color is great in my humble opinion. It sits a little higher than our old couch which at 57 years old makes it easier to stand up from. It came in one big box which was between 200 and 300 pounds. The cushions are a little firmer than what we are use to. The power recliners on the end work well with almost no noise. Easy to put the couch together but if you're on the smaller size you might need an extra person to put it together. It's easy to put together. The back just snaps into place and no tools are needed. The wiring was super easy too. Note: The delivery did not go smoothly. This is not the fault of the manufacturing of the couch but of the delivery. It was suppose to be delivered on a certain date. It actually came a day earlier but the first driver was afraid to come down my road. Please be aware that UPS, FEDEX and my wife's subcompact Toyota Yaris make it down my road just fine. I had to call around and find my couch. The girl on the phone said she couldn't deliver the next day (the actual delivery date) because she had no trucks. I said fine but deliver it the next day or I'm canceling the order. I had to take off work to be there. It finally came (with a different driver who wasn't scared). The actual driver who delivered it seemed confused as to why the previous driver could not complete the task. Read more

EDIT: We loved this recliner so much that we ordered the couch. Big mistake, the carrier NSD refused to deliver it and won't speak to me about why. They just keep saying that can't deliver without calling me or responding to any of my requests. This thing fits two adults (smaller sized) no problem, it's warm, comfortable and reclines nicely. (Measuring tape for scale) Reclines to zero gravity with the headrest that also adjusts. Happy with the purchase so far on day one. Read more

Color was a little more blue than grey but its a great chair. Extra wide, plenty of room, easy to assemble and not as heavy as we expected. Controls are nice. Read more

As advertised and reviewed by others. I am 6 foot 5, 220 lbs and this chair supports me well. It is LARGE!! Soft cloth. Mechanism works smoothly without noise. Very easy to put together. Made in Viet Nam but what furniture is not these days!! Delivered 2 days early. Read more
