Update on Review: After owning the chair for over three months, it has not worn down at all. The chairs quality and comfort are still very high. After months the chair is still in great shape, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality, durability, and overall life of the chair. The mechanics still work, the chair doesn't show any signs of wear, and easy to clean. Still looks brand new out of the box. The chair provides good lumbar and back support, and is still very cushiony, with no signs of wear/tear at all. Although the left armrest is still a bit loose, no other issues have appeared. The SIHOO customer service has been great in assisting me with my purchase, and I'm extremely glad to see good customer service still exists. The fact SIHOO customer service would reach out to ensure customer satisfaction means a lot! All in all, I have raised my review up to 5 stars, and after using this chair just about every day for working at home/gaming. I am pleased with my purchase. As we're all used to minor defects happening all the time, I don't fault the company for the loose armrest. It is what it is, and I would recommend anyone who needs a good-quality chair to give this company a chance! Hope this review can help the next person in deciding their next desk chair! Initial Review: Easy to set up, good material, and very comfortable. The only issue I've had is the left armrest is loose and I don't see a way to tighten it so the left and right adjustments are quick and move a bit. Minor flaw but for the price it's not do-able. I don't like spending a lot for a chair that you can't sit in before you purchase but this one is good. I think the quality is fine, although like most computer desk chairs the way they are built if you lean too much to one side the chair will stay that way, and then you get a lopsided chair/feel. If you're looking for a cheap starter chair this one is fine, but you might want a better quality chair later. Read more

My wife and I have been using the Sihoo M102C in our home office, and we are both incredibly impressed. This chair is highly adjustable and exceptionally comfortable, making it a fantastic choice for anyone who spends long hours at a desk. The chair feels both sturdy and substantial, but its mesh back and seat are light and breathable, which is perfect for extended use. I've spent countless hours gaming in this chair, and it remains comfortable throughout. My wife even used it for her work throughout her pregnancy, which is a testament to how comfortable and supportive it is. One of the standout features is the chair's high level of adjustability. The armrests, in particular, can be moved inward and outward, which is incredibly useful for finding the perfect position, especially when using a controller for gaming. Assembly was also a breeze, with clear instructions that made the process quite easy. While the chair is nearly perfect, the one area I'd love to see improved is the armrest padding. A bit more cushioning would make an already great feature even better. Overall, I highly recommend the Sihoo M102C. It's an excellent alternative for anyone looking for a slightly softer seat than the Sihoo M18, with the added benefit of superior adjustability. Read more

So I did a lot of research and YouTube videos to come across this brand. Originally thought I wanted a gaming chair but most IT professionals say they suck. So delivery was smooth as always. I fix railcars for a living so assembly was a no brainer. Took about 10 minutes. Nice touches included though. Comes with an M6 T handle for assembly. All bolts pre Loctited with blue. Bolts come blister packed with super easy visual instructions so even my mechanically challenged father could have put this together albeit it probably would have taken him an hour. As for comfort. I'm 5'10" 220 lbs. Works for me. Gas chamber seems pretty strong for up down. Leg assembly is all metal. You attach the legs like spokes with the afore mentioned pre Loctited bolts (M6 if it matters). The memory cushion seat seemed really stiff at first, but within two hours was firm yet comfortable. Height adjustment was perfect. 18 1/2" on the low to 22" on the high, measured to the top of seat cushion from floor. My measurements might be slightly (1/4") off as I ditched the stock casters for a $20 polyurethane wheel kit from here as I know most of the OEM form factor ones are junk. Arm rests are great with adjustable front to rear and sideways in//out. No up/down. Lumbar support is great for my degenerative discs. Adjustable up/down. Headrest also nice with adjustable tilt forward and back, no up/down. Arms fold up so you can tuck this under your desk. Widest base width at the spoke is about 28" for your desk opening. My only gripe is that it doesn't have locking reclining features. Reclines with a knob underneath to adjust firmness of the recline. But that's it. I would almost like it to recline slightly FORWARD with my back problems as it would allow the lumbar support to align a little better. But for the price ( about $175 with the poly wheel kit) I can't complain much. Why I only gave it 4 stars. Everything else seems top notch! Well packaged, quality materials, easy assembly and instructions. FYI, seat it fabric, not PU leather. Armrests too. If I was much taller, I don't think this chair would work as the backrest wouldn't line up correctly. For me it works. Tried to be as inclusive as possible to fill in the gaps not covered in the product description. Best All! Read more
