Wow, this thing is LOVELY!!! Its like my smaller one with only 3 balls. But the one thing that really isn't an issue but is worth a mention is, getting it started with a lube covered hand is tricky. Once the first 2 balls are in, it's easy as heck to just shove the rest of it in. The last (largest) ball can be difficult to get past your "o-ring" but once it's in, it isn't coming out on accident unless you are brutally stretched or gapping. This is another one I wear all day and overnight with a couple of "rest periods to release air and reapply lube.
