Worked great one time. That’s it. I don’t know what happened. It’s cheap, so I imagine it’s cheaply made. Practically disposable, but not after one use. That’s crazy talk. This product should work a lot better than this one did. It started off just fine. I charged it fully out of the box, then unplugged it, and stored it in the original box. It was back in the box for perhaps a day or two only. It worked just fine at first. We recharged it fully and stored it again. The second time, I had to really press on the button very firmly, like the mechanism was way down in there. It light came on, but nothing seemed to be happening. I started to press the button to see if I could get it to cycle through its mode. It did, however I was disappointed to find it rumbles, but barely. It’s imperceptible on the lower modes. Were it not for the light, you’d not know it was on. I cycled through the different modes maybe 3-4 times, to see if that made a difference, and just to be sure there wasn’t anything physically preventing it from functioning properly. Something inside the device. I plugged it back in a couple times, wondering if the recharge light was stuck in an “on” position for some reason, and it just wasn’t charged up. I changed the outlet I was using. I left the device plugged in for a few hours finally, despite the light indicating it was fully charged. I did everything we could think of. We can’t work out what happened. It appears to be defective, or perhaps it just has a very short lifespan. Whatever the case, it did work that one time. Since it’s cheap, I’ll probably buy another one, just in case that one was flaky. If on the second time around, it works fine, or seems to and much more than just once, I’ll happily update this review. One star for now. So bummed out. 😞 Read more
