Cube size is perfect for fruit puree to make smoothies. Each cube is approximately 3oz (liquid) each. I fill trays with pre-blended fruit puree I make from frozen berry mix. I recommend thawing fruit first and using an Emerson blender (or vita mix blender) to a smooth consistency and fill trays to the brim. Leave in freezer for no fuss smoothies in the AM. Less mess and no bags to open/close, just drop 2-3oz cubes into a ninja, add protein powder, vitamins and choice of milk/yogurt...I use Kefir...and a squirter of honey. So yummy. Cubes are good for daquiries or as a treat on their own. Read more

Processing and freezing my dressings so they're always ready and fresh has definitely been a huge change in my kitchen. I love these silicone cubes for doing this. They're very flexible and easy to remove. They're also a good size so I can stack them. This material is high quality, longer lasting, and easy to clean! Read more

The ice is great out of these trays. Lids fit well after many uses. If overfilled definitely spills and when frozen the lids sometimes pop. Ice shape keeps drinks cold for long periods. Ice is a little difficult to get out of the trays. Read more

I’ve had these ice trays a couple of years now. I use them in my motorhome. I love them. They make big cubes which last much longer than smaller ones. If I fill them all the way up, I can’t put them in my water bottle so I fill them about 2/3 full and they’re perfect. They last more than 24 hours in my hydroflask. I love that they have a lid so it keeps the smells of the fridge and freezer out. They are a little hard to get out of the tray and I’ve cut myself a few times. Pull the silicon away from the cube as you push it through and you’ll have better luck. You can run them through the dishwasher and I recommend doing that occasionally. Read more

These things are really awesome, yes, getting the covers on and getting the ice out are both slight ass pains, but once I figured out the strats it was easy. Just get one of the short sides of the cover on first, then slide your fingers along both long sides simultaneously, poking the lip of the tray into the lip of the cover with your fingers as you go, then the other short side is easy. To get them out, just bend the tray all four ways to loosen up the sides, then just jam up from the bottom, easy peasy. The effort involved is well worth it, the cubes are huge and you need so few to get the job done, I only use one trays worth for my gallon bottle and my water stays cold throughout my workday in the Florida heat. I can’t imagine needing more than even one trays worth at any given time, so the fact that you get three for this price is more than worth it. The pros far outweigh the slight cons. Easy 5 stars. These are functional. Nice size. I used them to freeze leftover batter. They don’t leak unless you overfill them. It lacks a max fill line and it could be a bit more rigid. Read more
