I will NEVER scrub a muffin pan again! I bake a couple dozen muffins a month. My metal muffins pans were a pain to scrub and rusted when I said the word water. My dad bought me this set of silicone muffin pans and it was love at first use! I did not spray the new pans with nonstick spray. I poured my batter into them and baked. Once the muffins were baked, I let them cool. After a few minutes, I pushed the muffins up from the bottom and they popped right out. There was a few crumbs left behind but they easily rinsed away with the sprayer on my sink, then into the dishwasher. There is nothing that can rust because the metal frame if enclosed in the silicone. I did drip a bit of the batter on the space between the muffins. The spots stained these very lightly, but I won't complain. There was no different taste due to the silicone. They easily fit into my oven, side by gide. My metals pans didn't. These silicone pans work so well and were cheaper than traditional metal pans. Read more
